The Sera follows the old evening-bag rule of a metal frame and a soft body, made here with black duchess silk satin gathered into a slim gold-tone frame. The ball clasp clicks shut firmly, so the clutch can be held by its body without opening. A fine chain stows inside for nights when both hands are needed, which makes it a practical women’s evening bag for weddings, the opera or a long dinner.
